Sadly, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Our room was SMALL and bathroom even smaller. We felt like giants. Dust along the carpet edges, hallway and outside noise was bad. We checked out early.
The staff was very kind and helpful!

Hampton is usually a good place to stay but I was disappointed on this stay at CST (I've stayed here before, but appears to have run down.) There were crumbs on the floor and in the bed. The bed was a squeaky spring bed -- most uncomfortable ever in a Hilton Brand hotel. Hair was on the shower walls, tub, floor and counter in the bath. There was no soap. The remote worked only near the TV. Very bad experience.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in College Station with a group tour I was participating in. The hotel was very nice with the rooms being recently remodeled. The location is very convenient if you are visiting A&M.

I like to choose Hilton chain hotels. This one is also good in this chain. Good Room , good breakfast and excellent front desk. You get coffee free for 24hrs in front desk. I like to give 5 star, but room is little crowded with furniture and i felt congested compare to other Hilton stays.

Room tip: Choose the rooms in pool side, and very quiet there!

I was in college station for a gala this past weekend and stayed at the Hampton Inn on Texas and University. The front desk staff was great, although it took a bit for them to find a room to put me in. The rooms were quiet and clean and the location is great. The shuttle driver said she would take us wherever we needed to go! The only thing i would say is to make sure not to confuse this hotel with the Hampton Inn and Suites on Hwy 6 and University. They are pretty close, but not the same hotel. Otherwise, everything was great.
