Description: P.F. Chang’s is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang’s chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang’s now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrees, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.

We enjoyed a late dinner at this restaurant and the entire family had a great time. The Lettuce Wraps were good as usual as was the Salt and Pepper Prawns. The Lava Cake recommended by our server was a great finish. The service was great and we will certainly return when close to downtown Ft Worth again.

A vegetarian, a beef lover, a chicken eater, and a picky eater - all in the same group, and we all had enough to eat, share and enjoy! The orange chicken is delicious if you want a break from the spicy Kung Pao chicken. The beef with peppers is really good, and can be considerably spicier if you think you can handle it. If you want something spicier or milder, all you have to do is ask - the appetizers are all good - the fried green beans and of course, the lettuce wraps are delicious. The servings are generous enough to share, unless you want to have something to take home for later. They DO take reservations, which is wonderful for a group, or for a special event dinner - they are great for birthdays! The coconut ice cream is worth a return trip just for it!! Service is attentive without being annoying ---- as to budget questions, it all depends on what you think is an expensive dinner and how much food you order!

I enjoy eating at PF Changs because their food is ALWAYS excellent. Went to the Ft. Worth location in conjunction with seeing a play. This was by far the BEST meal we had at PF Changs. Mongolian Beef with Sesame Chicken, Firecracker shrimp and egg drop soup. Even the desert, fried banana with coconut ice cream. It was so good I went back to PF Changs that Saturday and just ordered more of the soup.

My wife and I went thete for drinks and dinner. We were seated on time with our reservations. Waiter tended to us very quickly. Appetizers and drinks were great. The main dishes are served family style. All in all a great time.

The food was excellent. Prepared exactly as I asked. Tasted great. Drinks were another story. Asked for a spicy Bloody Mary and after two they finally told me they had no hot sauce when I told them the second was no spicier than the first.
