Great place for wine and beer. They have a great cheese plate with prosciutto.. but the best thing is you can smoke cigars.

We were two Australians travelling on a Texas Road Trip when we stumbled across this wine bar. We had been in Fredericksburg and sampled the wine in the main street which was nice, but nothing in comparison to the wine bar Danny runs. We were made feel so welcome each night we went (after the first night we continued to go back!). The choice of wine and other drinks was extensive and the nightly entertainment was enjoyable to sit back and listen to. We cannot say enough for our experience here, it was certainly one of the special highlights of our holiday.
A nice couple of hours spent listening to live music at this quirky little bar. Had a nice beer and just relaxed with the locals. Open till quite late - it is in a very central position. No frills or fuss and reasonably priced xx
We visited Fredericksburg during a rare heat wave in May and wanted to find an indoor place to relax and enjoy a drink. The Lincoln Street Wine bar was perfect. They have great wines, cheese plates, comfy seating areas, live music, and air conditioning!! Highly recommended.
We asked the waitress where to go get glass of wine and she recommended this place. Rob Mahoney, the musician, was very entertaining!!! He has great personality and kept the crowd laughing. If you want a nice glass of wine and some chocolate this is the place. It sits one block south of main street with a big patio covered in grapevine. We enjoyed the shade and fans, the humidity was high that day! They also have cheese trays that looked amazing and a wide selection of cigars. We would gave stayed longer but a storm was coming and we had to walk back to hotel. We will definitely come back! Oh. My glass of chardonnay was $12.00 a glass and well worth it!
I saw another review complaining about prices. Very friendly service also.
