While comparing brazilian steak houses EG Steaks stands alone. The DFW area has four to five major brands, but we love this one. Great flavors, great service and true attention to their guest needs. We had a great dinner for five to celebrate my mom. The wine selection is comprehensive.

If you’ve not been here before it’s rather confusing on arrival as no menu, plus the explanation of how things work is poor.
Basically, there’s a salad bar and when you flip a paper token on the table over different cuts of steak start arriving. Lack of pricing anywhere causes angst also, as you don’t know if you are about to be robbed blind or not.

Salad choice is good and steak options brought to your table good also. Fillet Steak is over seasoned, but rest is OK.
Overall, enjoyed the meal and price was average at the end.

Ive decided I don't like brazillian steakhouses so this maybe biased. All the meat was rare or close to rare. They buffet was okay. Drink list was limited. check out my photos on instagram @traveltoeat17

As one other review said "Go hungry!". The food was fantastic. They have so many different cuts of meat that you might have trouble deciding which one you like best. The salad bar is fresh and diverse. When you sit down and flip your disc to green you had better be ready for the meat. The service is some of the best we have ever had. My wife likes her meat well done and they were more than willing to fix it for her. This is a wonderful place for a special night with your loved one.

After reading the great reviews, we decided to try this for dinner tonight. The manager that seated us was excited it was our first visit and the evening seemed to start off great. Our server explained the dining experience and served our bottle of wine - all good so far. As we finished the Harvest course, our server informed us that he was being moved to a new section and we would have many servers taking care of us. That was the end of the great experience. The meat was great - but inconsistent on being served. A large party in the private room seemed to be the priority, so meat servers whizzed by our table to the private room without making eye contact. With a list of 13 meat options, we ended up seeing 6 - which were good - but never were even offered the other 7. Halfway through dinner, the manager realized that no one brought us the sides of mashed potatoes and plantains, so he summoned a server. Then we sat - waiting for anyone to ask if we needed anything additional. I eventually got up and walked to the front and found our initial server. I asked if we could please have our check, since no one was even coming near our table. For the $46.50 per person dinner price - there are way better fine dining experiences in Frisco.
