The host staff was not very friendly but the waiters were. Mardi Gras weekend so very busy. Food was great but a bit pricey.

We had a great meal here. The service was great. We were just off the beach - moderately dressed - but were welcomed in.
Had lunch here. The food was very good. I had the shrimp and grits and found it to be very tasty. The manager was great and helped find my Landry's number so I could use my points. It was December, so getting a bay view table was easy. No complaints.
We love to eat at Landry’s every time we are in Galveston, and we are never disappointed. Our most recent visit was no exception. Great food and wonderful service.
This is an upscale place with a down home feel. There were people from all classes and a variety of dress codes but everyone seemed at home and no one felt out of place. The food is not cheap but it is very very very good, you dont get 5 stars from me unless you do something really special and we just didnt quite get there.
