We stopped for lunch while on island today. Disappointed to find out there is no more avocado crab stack and if you want the French fried onions you have to order a "side" of them. Food and service was still good. View of the ocean even better.

Great steak, garlic mash potatoes, big salad and a cold beer. My goodness that was good. Simple and delicious! Love that East End Seawall vibe.

I was referred to this place by multiple locals, so went to try it out. Great view of the ocean, food was very good! I got the ribeye, which had a great flavor! I would recommend it over the Prime Rib and the crab cakes were delicious! Also, be sure to try out their sangria/margarita drink! Only reason I didn't give a 5 star because although it was very good, it wasn't just phenomenal and our waitress was not very knowledgeable with the menu.

Pretty good! Prices are what you would expect in Galveston for a good steak. I believe with tip our bill was around $80.00 for two. We were drinking as well. Our steaks were both cooked perfect and I added grilled shrimp to mine which was great! We sat at a table right next to the window giving us a great view!

Perhaps it was the fact that we went to Logan's/ Texas Roadhouse before that we were a bit underwhelmed. Here's our experience.

We noticed a strange smell when we arrived at our booth. First we thought about poor hygiene from the neighbors, but it turned out to be the table itself. We think it that has been cleaned with a rag that should have been replaced days ago. We kept that nasty smell the whole time we were there.

Dinner was nice, but the fries were cold. And we missed little towelettes with the brisket burger, even though hands get sticky from the BBQ sauce. The burger itself was fairly bland btw. Chicken was good though.

So, nothing really special and we were not impressed by this restaurant. We think there's better choices in Galveston.
