It appears that local people had some incredible collections of everything from arrow points to dolls to carved ivory which they donated to the museum. It kind of looks like a rummage sale but it is well worth wandering through. There are many interesting things from a Lady Bird Johnson dress to a 1920s Atwater Kent radio. And as a bonus - there is a fantastic model railroad in a separate building on the premises.
