Returned from a great week away last Friday, Everything about this hotel was better than expected. We stayed in block 14 which had a fantastic sea view, it was difficult to drag myself of the balcony. Food was fantastic, if you cant find anything to your taste for breakfast/lunch/tea you must be a real fussy eater. Weather was also better than expected ( 22-26 degrees ) more than warm enough for regular dips in the sea and the pool. An added little bonus was feeding the chipmunks on the way to the beach.

The staff were all very friendly and made quick service at the bars !!!

Only negatives were check in and booking the 3 specialist restaurants, which took a while and made early starts for as relaxing holiday. Restaurants were usually fully booked by 10am. Food in all three restaurants was fantastic i would recommend you do all three.

On the whole a fantastic bit of winter sun. I would definitely return.

Located on the Southern tip of the Island, over an hours drive from the airport. Reaching here is like an oasis after a trip through a desolate landscape. The complex is large and well maintained. Right by a good beach which is accessed down steep steps. Our room was in block 15 on the upper floor with a good sea view over the main pool area. Twin beds pushed together, nice balcony, very quiet. Aircon is reasonable, there is also a ceiling fan. Free use of safe, which I had a problem with and was quickly and efficiently resolved. No kettle. Small fridge. Decent bathroom with full-size bath and shower. Good daily maid service.
No wristbands here - first all inclusive without for ages!
Bottled water is always available at various stations. The bar service is quite efficient and rarely had queues.
The main buffet restaurant ‘Magico’ is very big. You queue for entry at evening dinner and are seated, there is bottled wine on the table and the extensive buffet has choices to suit all palates. The dress rules are largely ignored.
Breakfast is disorganised and chaotic. It is very busy with no table allocation and the first challenge is to find a set table! Toasters are a waste of space. There is a vast choice of food, so you certainly won’t go hungry but the experience is not a relaxing one. The ‘Egg Man’ is notably miserable - (more like The Walrus Coo coo ca choo!)
Lunch is a bit more civilised and never as busy, much easier to find a table. We found the food quality and range of choice very good.
There are 3 Speciality Restaurants and you can use each once during a weeks stay. The booking system is ludicrous and time consuming. At 0800 One girl taking bookings for all 3 restaurants for the following day only! Lengthy queues (Up to 45 minutes!) and you have to undergo this 3 times to experience each venue!! Come on Management - this system needs sorting for your Guests benefit!
The Flavour is a tasting menu and was a delicious experience
    Bodega is a taps style
Downtown is ‘street food’, but it was an enjoyable meal
Thursday lunch there was an outside BBQ.
Wi-fi is free and generally good, but did drop out a few times for lengthy periods.
There is an extensive programme of Activities for adults, a Kids Club and daily Entertainment schedules. Shows are held in the large Theatre - mostly dancing/ mime performances, some vocalists
A walk along the beach of about an hour will take you to Pájara /Jandia/Morro Jable. (Or catch the public bus No 1 or 5 @ €1.40)Go past the aged nudists and head for the lighthouse. There are shops, cafes, restaurants and bars a plenty. The walk can be difficult if the tide is in.
    We enjoyed our week here.

Hotel has everything you need, great food, excellent pools, brilliant sport facilities and good bars. Staff are welcoming and helpful, naturist part of hotel and on the beach but you can shut yours eyes !
Highly recommended for sporty types only downside not enough places to run especially when tide is in. Ask for sea view room other rooms can be dark and dingy.

Visited this hotel for the first time in December 2016 for some Winter sun had such a wonderful time we returned in March 2017 just can't get enough of how lovely and friendly the hotel is and definitely the best food all inclusive we have been to and we are well travelled! We are very sporty so loved the spin classes overlooking the sea. Always a nice touch when you check in and they know you are returning guests, had lovely rooms over looking the sea and pool on both occasions. Loved it so much we are returning next week - mid November!

This is a wonderful all inclusive resort. The staff are helpful and cheerful and go out of their way to make sure your stay is trouble free. Didn't try the speciality restaurants as the main one had a good choice every night. I'm not a great meat eater but they had lots of veggies and savoury rices and of course chips! Plenty of water in bottles for quests to take and a generous sized free safe in the rooms.
A clean and well designed place. The rooms are clean and we were lucky enough to have an amazing sea view.
There are some steps down to the beach which are very steep. Even the easy one is quite a climb. A nudist beach on one side and some do like to walk along the beach displaying there wares. Lots of lava rock around as you might expect but there is some sand with sun beds to hire if you wish. If you are looking for a beach holiday I wouldn't recommend this resort. If you just want to chill, swim in the pools and take a taxi into the local town then this one is for you. I will be going back for sure.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view on one of the 3rd floors.
