Great little apartment in a quiet corner of a peaceful complex that is right in the heart of Las Americas. This apartment has everything you are likely to need, including it's own Wifi, so no connection problems at all. Only Spanish TV channels, but who goes on holiday to watch TV. The apartment has both a reasonably sized private garden, complete with two sunbeds, table, chairs and parasol, as well as a great jacuzzi hottub, and a balcony to the front. This means you can move around to get sun for as long as possible, or get shade if you need it.
The only thing I would improve would be to put in a slightly bigger shower enclosure. The current one is adequate, with good water pressure, but a little bit tight and you had to take care not to accidentally knock the control while showering if you didn't want to get either red hot or freezing water.
Overall a great option if you are looking for something private yet central in Las Americas.

I loved this apartment, and although I was hesitant in booking initially due to lack of reviews and traveller photos, I am so glad I did!
First thing, the apartment was very private and unlike some of the other villa walls, this one had a high back wall at the back gate so no one could climb over etc. So security wise it was great. It was also very clean, it was one of the first things I noticed when being shown around. Well done to the owners. The apartment was well stocked with books for holiday reading, tv and free internet access. Regular towels and beach towels, bedding, hairdryer, large fridge and 2 shelf freezer and plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment. Airconditioning was great. Large enough for a family, however there were only 2 of us. I loved the garden the most. Hottub was great ( first use a wee bit of a smell but on further use it wasn't so bad, and the water was clean, you can tell it has been maintained and cleaned regular), 2 good sunbeds and table with 4 chairs and parasols. The garden gets the sun from morning until approx. 4pm in the month of September. I also found a small dinosaur in the garden the morning I left.. which was kinda funny, so if you book this apartment.. look out for the wee fella!! I will try to attach photos. The balcony out the front gets the sun all day. The garden also benefited from being elevated and therefore you had no one directly looking into the garden, there were vines about the fence which let in enough sun round the hottub, but also provided some shade in the garden in areas if like my husband you like to sit in the shade. There was building work going on in the complex but we were never close enough to hear , it seemed mainly at the front and you couldn't hear anything from the garden. Although the front of the complex has a staircase, those with difficulty walking could access this property through the side gate which is an added bonus and probably a good thing for travellers to know. Myself and my husband like to walk and this apartment was the perfect base to explore further into costa adeje and los cristianos. Its about 7 mins walk to the beach, close to entertainment areas without being noisey. Plenty of places to eat nearby ( I recommend the all you can eat buffet down the side of the h10 hotel but I will review that in another post). There was a bbq in the garden if required though we didn't use it. Several small supermarkets nearby, though better value walking 10 mins to the one that's down the back lane that u can see from the back garden. I would go back in the morning to this weee place. Also the owners had great communication, and only deposit is taken at the time of booking.

We stayed for 10 nights in the appt it was very clean and tidy plus all the cooking facilities you need if you don't want to eat out every day.
The complex has a lovely pool and there is no charge for the sunbeds which we have had to pay in other complexes in the same area.
Central to all the shops and supermarkets, only little niggle was we could not get any English channels on the tv or get the wifi to connect but have to say we would stay there again.
