I would highly like to commend Mary Jane. She was awesome and very attentive. She tried her BEST to apologize for how dirty this hotel is. She put extra sheets on the mattress just so I would not leave and to try and be comfortable. I understand that New Braunfels is a small city. Unfortunately, 4 star hotels are not available. I normally frequent LaQuinta because I am a part of the Wyndham Rewards account. This by far is the WORST LaQuinta there is, I can imagine. The gentleman that checked me in on 2/22 and the lady who checked me out on 2/25 was AWESOME. They embody great customer service skills. The other guy that I saw every night by the name of Jim has horrible customer service skills. He never spoke to us as we walked in and out of the hotel. He also did not make sure that customers wore masks as they walked into the hotel. Signs are posted stating that Masks are required. He was very rude to me about my dog barking which was a small dog. He even lied saying that my neighbors checked out because of my dog. I took pictures so hopefully I can post them. Now the elevator all 4 days was dirty. It showed that no cleaning ever takes place inside of the elevator and it is never wiped with Windex. I was in room 309 and from day...More
