Extended a two night stay to four but requested a room change due to water pipe noise. In rm 219 (about the middle of the floor), the water pump/pipe noise was non-stop loud. It was facing the back of the hotel, so the yards of the homes behind were a pleasant view and it was devoid of road noise. I didn't hear guests in the adjacent rooms.
I requested a room change for the additional nights. I was moved downstairs to an accessible room. The road noise was an annoyance and I could hear the people in the next room talking and watching tv (and their wake up call) through the doors of the adjoining room. And a few times, the water pipes momentarily shouted out.
The place is really clean, the staff is readily available, the breakfast was great as per Best Western standards. The lack of an elevator is a bummer seeing as I had to make several trips up, down and out but help was offered for the move down.
I think my stay would have been a bit better if I had a room off center on the back of the second floor.
- They have an accessible pool
