Great location, right across from the water, had a TINY water view from our room. Very close to lots of local attractions, restaurants/pubs Was crowded, a lot of locals there long term due to Harvey damage, that's ok, they were all very nice. Hospitality was great. Room was clean and stocked. The pool was not working. The am breakfast was very basic.

This place very UNPROFESSIONAL,I made reservations for the weekend of September 29 and it was cancelled at the hotel due to the fact that hurricane Harvey evacuees resides there,I received the call Saturday about the cancellation not asking if I would be okay with giving our rooms to the evacuees (in which I'm ok with them having it)i called today to speak with Joe the manager however she wasn't available,however I left the message with Kristen as to why no one accomadated me and checking other available hotels now I'm checking myself.This is a place of business and it needs to be more professional!

My house flooded in Harvey. I went through this in Ike. I made a reservation at the Baymont Inn in Seabrook, Texas. 281 326 3301 for a month.I reserved it with my credit card. I knew to do this immediately because all the hotels fill up. I went to the hotel to check in today and was told I did not have a reservation. I showed them my confirmation e mail and they said my reservation was not there. I called customer care and I was told the hotel cancelled my reservation. I did not get a phone call or an e mail so I could have made a reservation somewhere else now all the hotels in my area are booked. My cars flooded and I had to get a ride to the hotel. The hotel said they were only accepting FEMA. I called customer care and asked to speak to a supervisor and Ashley answered. She said there was nothing she could do because Wyndham cannot tell the owners what to do. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me he was not available. I asked to speak to his supervisor and she said no one was available. She would not tell me who would call me back she would not give me a name. She told me she was not allowed to give me anyones name. She said there was no one in corporate that could help me. She said her supervisor was busy. She said, " He does have other phone calls to make." So this is how Wyndham handles Harvey victims. It is unbelieveable that the owner cancelled my reservation I made several days ago when my house first flooded and did not have the courtesy to contact me and Wyndham corporate said they cannot help. I am 58, exhausted and licing in a flooded contaminated house. Inwas looking forward to a dry clean room. How could the owner cancel my reservation and not tell me and give my room to someone else?

The staff at Baymont Inn ( Seabrook, TX) is extremely polite and helpful. So nice. The room was such a pleasure, a luxury, comfort. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to enjoy the Kemah boardwalk and other business near by. Its a convenient location. I cant wait to enjoy another stay there. Fabulous.100 % 5 stars. Love it, love it. Lionel& Collette Gonzales
