It was a windy day, so we decided to come to the indoor waterpark. We had to pay full price (compared to another reviewer saying they got it cheaper for just indoor). We couldn’t find the changing rooms. It ended up being only a few, but no signage to it (if you come in, it’s to the right. Before you go over the river it’s on your right). The indoor area looked like it had its best day. Old, and paint is peeling off. Lots of ants all over the place. Probably because people bring their food to the picnic tables around the pool area and crumbs always fall down. The good part about being off season, is that it wasn’t crowded at all. Our little kids had fun. Btw, you cannot double ride (parent with kid) the slides. But overall I wasn’t impressed with the facility compared to how much we had to pay for it. Doubtful if I would go back here off season (indoor only).

Monique G,
Thanks for visiting and I wish we could have gotten the enjoyment from you it seems your kids had. The indoor is priced at just $28.99 per person (adults), but Guests at our beachfront hotel pay just $18 and get use both day of check in and check out (discount you probably heard of).

The indoor's two four-story slides, tidal wave river, kid's area, carousel, MegaBlast gaming area and swim-up bar area are also part of the outdoor park admission price in the summer.

Thanks again for sharing and we hope to see you back soon.

Mike

We went here during the off season, prices are cheaper but only the indoor park area is open. You can bring a cooler with food and snacks at no charge. It was not busy at all so we were able to enjoy it without making a line to the 2 slides they have. They had plenty of life guards and water park was clean, I recommend coming during the off season only bad thing not a lot of slides but 2

Went to this dump of a hotel and waterpark last year. The lifeguard decided to send our 7 year old son down a lazy river with no adult. My wife went after him to grab him but ended up severely getting injured and cutting her foot open . We paid for a cabana, hotel, and water park. The lifeguards seemed to be adequately un-trained. No Help Rendered besides a band aid. Had to go to ER room. We contact them to see if we could get our money back since our entire trip was ruined. We received a un-friendly guest relations representative who would care less what happened. Blamed everything on us and just was plain rude. Stay away from this company. They don't care about their customers.

The waterpark is a bit small for my taste but it's a fun place to visit in SPI. Plus, you don't have to do a lot of walking like other waterparks.

daisyeli24,
Thanks for visiting and making our beachfront property part of your visit. With four uphill water coasters, the famous Boogie Bahn surf ride and nearly two dozen other attractions for those of all ages (including an indoor portion), we are glad to hear you enjoyed your trip.

It's a medium sized park but packs a lot of fun. Love that the lazy river that has access to and turns into a rapid river (for all ages) is another way to get around the park. We enjoyed it and I am sure you will too!!
