Excellent hotel. Staff went out of their way to accommodate my request for a lower floor due to the age of my Mother (87) who was traveling with me. The room was spacious and accommodated all of our needs. The breakfast buffet provided us with a warm meal before getting back onto the road to return home.

My GPS had trouble locating this property, but I got instructions over the phone from the hotel desk clerk. Not far off I-45, but could be a bit difficult to locate in the dark. Situated in a mixed us office park/residential area, this property is in a low-crime area north of Houston -- a definite advantage. Room was clean as a bookie's tax report -- and quiet. Good sleep quality on a very comfy bed. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower. Coffee fixings in the room, of course. Good selection of breakfast items to get you going in the morning. Everything I needed. Stay here again? Sure would!

Hyatt Place The Woodlands is deserving of all good reviews. The one bedroom king suite was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable.
Breakfast had lots of selections and was well prepared and inviting.
Stayed over Christmas holiday to visit with family and we enjoyed the accomodations.
Highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed in this hotel multiple times and are never disappointed. It is close to everything we have needed and close to the freeway. The staff is amazing and everyone truly cares about you and your stay. Will definitely be back again...

Stayed at Hyatt Place to visit family over Christmas. Stayed using World of Hyatt reward points. The hotel is relatively new and is in good condition. On the other hand, bath amenities were pretty minimal. Two bars of soap and a tube of shampoo and a tube of conditioner. My wife likes bath gel and some type of body lotion which we have pretty had at other hotels at which we stayed. None here. Toilet paper was also pretty thin...so much so that we bought our own roll to use. While they provide a complementary breakfast, again, compared to other hotels at which we have stayed the selection was minimal. While it was prepared fine, just not as wide a selection at other hotels. For example, they only had two types of bread (white and brown) english muffins and raisin bread. No sweet rolls, no bagels. They were, however, available for purchase so i am wondering if this is intention to try to generate some revenue. I also like yogurt and there was none. (Well, they did have a bowl of some white substance that could have been plain yogurt but it was sitting out exposed to the air so I wasn't about to have any of that.) Overall, the facility and staff are nice but it seems like if they upgraded their bathroom amenities and improved the breakfast buffet selection they would be a lot better.

Room tip: Higher floors will provide a better view.
