Great to see Joanna's store. Lots of activity and things to see. Definitely worth the time to stop and shop. Be patient though, lot's of other people have the same idea.

My wife and I visited on a Friday afternoon. My wife has been to the old location on Bosque but not the Silos. The grounds were beautiful and several families were taking advantage of the outdoor spaces. LOTS of food trucks and LOTS of people everywhere! The shop was too crowded for me so I enjoyed the outdoor space while my wife shopped. The line at the bakery was out the door and down the sidewalk so we opted not to wait. It’s great to see an older place that has been renovated and put to good use. Love the family concept.

Definitely worth a stop. Tad over priced...but very cool and gresat food trucks as well. Bakery line was crazy long. Great ideas and some unique items for sale. Just a block to the findery...worth the stop there too. Shotgun house is a couple blocks to the south that was featured on fixer upper.

Great place for kids to play, mom's to shop and dad's to hangout and drink some great tea. Get there early if you want a cupcake

I’d give it one star because of how brazenly Chip and Joanna have sold out to corporate America (or China-take a look at the crap they sell at Target if you don’t believe me), but they get two for being savvy and cashing in on their 15 minutes. I guess it would be difficult NOT to let success get to you, but Chip has become completely obnoxious, and Joanna a Prima Donna, but yet people still flock to Magnolia Market by the thousands, to pick up some facsimile junk and awful cupcakes! To each their own, but I’ll give the place 3 years before the file Chapter 11 and close up shop. It’s crap, and people (I sure hope) are not THAT stupid!
