Nothing special here even though it tries to be:
Food was decent. Typical fare like burgers and chicken. The beef was described to us as “local”. This sounded good but didn’t add anything to flavor. The Tater Tots were shaped like letters and were yummy. If you like cow decor. This is your place....as far as the gift shop. Nothing really else to capitalize on this motif. Just a bland typical short order diner with a decent salad bar.
Food was only decent. If your going to name your place “Crazy Cow Cafe”, the burgers need to be stellar. I’ve had better at Red Robin for cheaper. The chicken tenders were sticky finger but were dry. I asked for extra sauce (it tastes like maple syrup). The gift shop felt deflated and service was only so-so. Nice waitress but not very attentive.
Overall I was disappointed with this place. It has some hype but didn’t do well on presentation. You could honestly make this whole idea into something bigger and better. There aren’t a lot of places to eat between Salt Lake City and Cedar City. With better presentation, advertising, salesmanship, and food...This place could be “crazy” busy!
