the doughnuts are way to sweet! The rolls just were plain and the gravy was salt salt salt. I felt the high school kids might like it but for grown adults no thanks!

I loved this place as a kid attending school in the area. However, took my cousin there for the "famous" biscuits and gravy. Bisquit was good...gravy tasted like bouillion gravy or packet gravy. Donuts were ok, but not all that, either.

Any Trip to the Pie Dump needs to start with the hot rolls. These are nothing like you have ever had, they are MASSIVE and filled with butter. They are best eaten with a bowl of the brown gravy. Move from there to the donuts!! They are a heavy donut, but so utterly delicious, my favorite is the chocolate that has a slight touch of saltiness to it. They have a nice breakfast and lunch menu's, but they staples are the sweets.

Local spot that has the feel of home. I had the "big plate special". Two scoops potatoes and gravy, hamburger, and a fresh chunk of fresh bread. For dessert a donut. Great!

Today our lunch was very good at the Pie Dump. They have a great room in the back makes it very nice for meetings. Our lunch today was warm yummy rolls, a very tasty potatoes soup and Caesar Salad. It was very filling and yummy on a cold day. Mack and Cherie do a great job running a local favorite. The Small plate, cinnamon rolls and donuts are just a few of the favorites.
