We stayed one night and were very happy with that visit. We were created at check in by a very pleasant couple who I think were the owners. They were friendly and helpful. She gave us a very nice room the size of a small apartment actually, with a full kitchen. A full size refrigerator, a stove, if you were staying for a few days this room would be wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable one of the best nights sleep so far this vacation. The morning breakfast was the usual but the young lady taking care f it had a pleasant smile and a sunny disposition. Now for a couple of things that kept this from being 5 star. there was a patio/porch outside our room, it would be a rel plus its particle board and seemed to be showing its age, felt weak in a few places was not real comfortable with that maybe a nice plywood overlay would help strengthen it. The other thing was electrical plugs, they were limited in this room so finding ways to plug everything in was tricky but could be done. One more small suggestion an elevator. But I recommend this place the people are great who run and work there and its is very well maintained

We stayed here for two nights and were thoroughly satisfied. Upon our arrival Kay Kotak, the manager, was very accommodating as he was throughout-our stay. He knew the area well and made good suggestions about how best to enjoy Zion National Park. Our room was immaculate, very quiet and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when our travels take us to this part of Utah. A truly wonderful place to stay.

This is a very well run basic hotel. The room was adequate, the wi fi worked well and everything was comfortable. The breakfast was well presented. This is away from the hustle and bustle of a city or the crowds of Zion National Park. It was quiet and most welcome after a very busy day.

Room Tip: No elevator so request first floor if stairs are hard

We stayed here with our kids during spring break. We spent our days in Zion National Park and then drove to Hurricane each night. We were able to have connecting rooms with the kids and that was so nice. THe rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was great. The kids enjoyed the pool. The check-in process was easy. (even though it was a young kid that checked us in, he was very kind and knew what he was doing) We will definitely stay here again if we ever travel to Zion.

This hotel was very mediocre. The hotel has no elevators. The rooms are fairly small, although it did have a table with two chairs. The breakfast was ok. The dining area was very small that we had no place to eat there and had to take the food to our room. The disposable ware was very cheap. However, it was spring break and all the hotels closer to Zion NP were booked. So, this was ok for last minute booking. The drive from this hotel is scenic, but is takes about 45 minutes to Zion park. Not very good value for your money.

Room Tip: Try to find a place closer to Zion.
