One more visit to our favourite restaurant in the US...let alone southern Utah! We actually planned our visit with friends (this time) around the opening night of this exceptional restaurant. It gets better each time I visit. And each and every time our friends from around the world who visit us in Tucson and wish to see the nearby National Parks, are without exception overwhelmed by the excellent food in this one-of-a-kind funky yet elegant restaurant. The service is impeccable, the food..cleanly and perfectly prepared, the best of produce, meats and fish with ecclectic and authentic south-western accroutements. Victoria prepares the best (made from scratch every day) desserts imagineable..my favourite is her bread pudding, although the choalate mousse , creme caramel and key lime pie are also way up there!!
And Victor, your owner and host is simply Victor...fun, friendly, smart and genuine. Kanab (and we) are lucky to have this fabulous restaurant!!!
