Went to Grub Steak for the first time last week; I'm not originally from Utah, but we've heard that Grub is something of an establishment around here that everyone has to experience, and now we know why - we LOVED it.
The vibe is fun - Western meets family - and the venue is adorned with a mix of Park City history and general Western feel. Not to mention live music on the weekends (which we'll be back for specifically)!
The food was great - the ribs (pictured), are the best I've had in Utah. Other recommendations: the rib-eye steak, loaded baked potato (also pictured, another must try!), creamed spinach... and don't forget the delicious desserts. The bread pudding - no joke - was unbelievably good (especially the "flaming" option with cinnamon added, pictured below, adding sparks and spice to an already delicious dish).
Don't miss Grub Steakhouse next time you're in Park City!
