This is not just a hotel room, you basically have a whole condo at your disposal. HUGE living room and kitchen, giant bed, wood floors, extremely clean. If you get a room on the upper floor, you also get an entire rooftop patio. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was, inside and out. And the view of the reservoir in the back was great, awesome view of the sunrise coming over the cliffs. It also had a full kitchen, with cookware, so we were able to save some money by cooking for ourselves. We just couldn't be happier with the place, definitely a recommendation for anyone in the Zion or Kayenta area!

Room Tip: Second floor rooms have rooftop patios!

We booked this Inn as were going to Zion for the day. We did not realize until later that it was 50 miles away from the park. This did not end up being an issue at all as we enjoyed the location and the beauty of Kayenta. (Area around Zion was very touristy). We stayed two nights so were able to explore the area. This ended up being are favorite place that we stayed on our entire 11 day trip around the southwest. We stayed in an upstairs one bedroom unit which had a staircase up to a roof top deck. We spent a lot of time up there watching the sunrises and sunsets. The little neighborhood of Kayenta was beautiful. They have an arts village, a wonderful restaurant and a garden to walk around. The other thing which we were happy about was the fact that you have the larger town of St. George nearby where we were able to find good groceries and you can buy wine at the Utah State Store. Didn't realize this would be an issue as we come from Chicago but some areas of Utah are dry.

Room Tip: Make sure you have a roof top deck.

Very private, fun, peaceful get away. Convenient to local village. Beautiful views with great walking and biking available!! Nice room with kitchenette, patio, and nice size bedroom. Great for family of 4! Really loved the view from the front porch and incredible scenery all around. Don't forget to go to the sacred space by and get a massage very well mannered and train staff!

Such high quality. Photos do not do it justice. I loved every minute I was here and will come back again and again. Great value. Perfect location for Kayenta. Such an enjoyable experience. Loved the complimentary sodas and water and beautiful living room, kitchen and views. Did an upstairs unit with king bed.

Room Tip: Loved the upstairs king guest room.

We have stayed here many times over the last 5 years now and the last 2 stays have been very disappointing. The location is in the Kayenta community which makes it very special and an isolated spot, which drew us to it in the first place. They have condo's that are equipped with everything you might need including a walk up roof top patio, which makes viewing the mountains and the night stars just breathtaking. However on our last visit our condo was not available for first 2 nights due to the manager's double booking. There was not attempt at finding us alternative options or compensation. (we had 2 condo's rented due to we were 2 couples vacationing) When we were able to get into the condo's, the amenities were not as listed (i.e.: no soap, water, etc.) Also, there were barefoot prints on the inside windows. The management did come by the next day to take care of some of our issues. The condos are not in the same condition as when we first started staying there 5 years ago. Not sure what we could have done different to have avoided this situation as we had been in contact with the owner the prior week upon our visit. Would not recommend this to anyone.
