Whenever I travel by Brattleboro, I try to stop a have the best sushi in Vermont! The prices are very reasonable and I've been here several times and have never been disappointed. The wait staff is kind and quick with good advice for decision making.

Ordered some rolls and a seafood dish. Everything was good, but nothing special. Portions seemed small. Service was good.

We used to dine often in NY's Chinatown; it was a short walk from where I worked. Arguably best spot there was Number 1 Chinese. Panasian is on that level. Dishes are excellent, presented well and served by a very friendly staff; reasonably priced as well.

We pulled into a nearly empty parking lot on a Sunday evening, following a suggestion by the desk agent at our hotel... We were greeted quickly and politely, and shown to our white linen covered table, in a nicely appointed, although nearly diner-less, dining room... Our "wariness meter" was climbing... The diverse menu, with a nice combination of chinese, tempura and sushi selections helped boost our confidence. As the food was presented to our table we knew we had chosen the right restaurant for the evening. This chef knows you dine first with your eyes!! Great presentation. Tasting these delights reinforced our confidence In the Chef's talents. Wonderful flavors and textures. It turns out that Sundays are always a slow night for them. Here is a case of "don't let the empty parking lot scare you away"!! Everything was simply "WOW"!!

Have had several very good lunches here recently. Nice to have some different options which were very tasty--shrimp with mango and general tso's with tofu. Hot & sour soup very good also.
