We stayed here for one night and found it to be a perfect place to stay while on our road trip. We were able to park the car and explore downtown Burlington. Overall, the room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a microwave in the room so we were able to have a quick meal. When you are here be sure to check out the Magic Hat Brewery! When we travel back to this are we will definately stay here again!

"Incredible" is the only word I can think of to describe this wonderful find. Every little detail in the room was just perfect: clean, convenient, and as comfortable (if not more-so) than home. The welcome I received was as warm and friendly as the rumours of New Enlgand tell of. The location couldn't be better: just at the edge of the bustle of centre city Burlington so you can enjoy everything the city has to offer and when you're looking for a good night's sleep, you get that too! The only regret that I acn honestly say that I've had here is that I can't stay forever. But I'll always look forward to coming back, no matter where I'm going to in Vermont (or Northern NY... not too far away).

For a roadside motel, this property was perfectly acceptable. Yes the room was small and walls thin. Yes the room had a slight antiseptic smell, but it was clean. Yes a black out shade would have been nice on the front window (which faced an outdoor light). But it's a roadside motel, so I was not unhappy. My bed was comfy and the shower pressure strong. Easy 15-20 min walk into downtown Burlington. The owners were super nice, gave me a 2nd floor room (single woman traveling alone) without me having to ask. They even suggested a different route than what I had planned to view the Fall leaves. It seemed a bit pricey for a roadside motel, but compared to other places nearby -- during the high season of leaf peeping -- I thought it was a good deal.

You get a clean, small room near the city-centre for a good price. There are no services included and also no breakfast - but there are plenty of restaurants in the centre - good place to stay for one night for a budget

Visiting from Long Island for a long holiday weekend at the end of September..... it was a PLEASURE to stay in such a clean and friendly motel within walking distance from Church Street. The LaBelle family could not have been more accommodating, right down to our morning visitor, Cannon, the resident Calico, always polite and purring! Our room was on the ground level, which was fine, but when we saw the upstairs rooms with a porch, we opted to move... a very smart idea since the weather kept us from doing much on our third day, It was nice to be able to sit outdoors despite the storms moving through. While the decor is a bit dated, it is perfectly clean and the beds are comfortable. TV, microwave, and fridge, and a convenience store within walking distance. However, the best part of this journey was meeting the LaBelle's. Thank you for a wonderful memory! Hope to see you again.

Room Tip: Request second floor accommodations to enjoy the covered porch.
