We spend many hours on the road and have found a great spot to take a break, relax and refuel. The diner is small but cozy. The wait staff is courteous and speedy. The kitchen produces nourishing meal options with great taste. Don't skip the dessert offerings...yummy pies. The price point will not leave you penniless. The establishment is just off the interstate and is so much better than the food grabbed from the service areas.

Let me put it this way: if I lived in Lyndonville I would probably be obese in no time. Not because the food is especially fattening but because it's just so good you eat every bite of every meal. i am sure I would eat there at least 7 times per week, if not more often. It's just so-o-o-o-o good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner—you won't be disappointed. The service if friendly and attentive, as good as it gets. Prices are reasonable. Don't miss out on Miss Lyndonville if you are anywhere near Lyndonville, Vermont.

When a small diner is full in the morning, that is a good sign, folks. Don't be impatient and go down the road. Satisfy your morning "hangry" and just wait a bit for a table. You'll be glad you did.

Ask for a grilled corn muffin and coffee while you wait, if you're feeling faint. If you can wait for a table, just browse their full menu for all the breakfast treats that are waiting to fill your belly!

And also, be really nice to the servers. They work really, really hard at the Miss Lyndonville. You get what you want as fast as they can get it to you. Smiles and big tips go a long way. Enjoy yourself!

Seat yourself and service was quick. Diner style foods with a vermont twist on some. Tables were small to medium and nothing for large groups.

Hot potroast sandwich on toast with steak fries and Cole slaw. The sandwich was good but could have used a bit more meat to breaadd ratio. Brown gravy was very salty. 10 bucks.

Our motorcoach was returning from Quebec City and had called ahead to let them know we'd be stopping. 48 people arrived and the restaurant was ready. The staff was awesome, service timely, and the smiles of the passengers boarding back on the bus said it all. They all raved about the food...really raved! As the tour director, I told them we had just left a beautiful World Heritage City with regional cuisine all over, and this was the location that got high fives all around!! Excellent experience all over!
