Love the chicken salad! But soups are good, baked goods are fresh and the sandwich menu is interesting. However, it is often crowded and hard to find a table. Go early for lunch. And, don’t miss the attached baker’s store.

Parking was a way from the building.
This place was crowded and it was hard finding a seat.
You wait in line to order.

You wait in line to pick up your order.

The food was great, but no worth the wait.
If you are not in a hurry this place has great food. The prices were ok.
Might stop here if I am in the area, but I will probably not make a special trip.

Even before entering King Arthur Flour headquarters, the wonderful aromas hit you and you know you've arrived at a baking paradise. On the left is the store, full of everything you need (and don't) to bake treats. Straight ahead is the cafe and shop with delicious pastries, breads, sandwiches and salads. Prices for some baked items are high but sandwiches and salads seem moderately prices. And to the right is the cooking school--which a friend and I attended in mid December for three days of "Cookie Camp." It was five hours a day and although intense a lot of fun. And even though we are both longtime cookie bakers, we learned a lot in the process about technique, ingredients and proper tools.
If you're in the area, definitely stop by for a bite to eat and/or buy and sign up for a class if you want to increase your baking knowledge.

The sandwiches are good but took way too long. They said would be 20 minutes for my husbands brisket sandwich and 5 minutes longer for my grilled cheese because they grill it. However, due to the holiday crowd, and I suspect, not enough cook staff, we waited almost 45 minutes for our sandwiches.

Store is nice, very much like a Williams Sonoma.

Would maybe come back but not on a holiday week or weekend.

We're glad you enjoyed your sandwiches, but we hope you'll accept our genuine apologies for such a long wait. During especially busy times, we are limited somewhat by the size of our kitchen, and we are always looking for new ways to more efficiently share the fresh food we're proud to provide. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you during a future visit! Mollie@KAF

I took a 4-hour Holiday Cookie Decorating class and loved it. The “classroom” is spacious and well equipped and comfortably accommodated the 16 participants. The instructors are well prepared and the camera/monitor set-up was helpful to see what was being demonstrated. A great hands-on class with so many helpful tips!
