We ave eaten here many times over the years and have been generally satisfied. Over Christmas holiday, we stopped for a light dinner. Soup was good but scallops tasted of ammonia. We won't be rushing back.

Dear Chuck, Thank you for taking the time to review us this time that you visited. Of course we are disapointed in your review- our scallops are from Black River Seafood who has buyers at the Boston docks almonst everyday of the week. Personally having worked in the seafood industury for several years I can assure they would not be accepted if they in anyway were not up to standard. As we are known for our higly fresh seafood Salmon, Cod, Bouliabasse, Tuna Tartare etc. we wish that you had mentioned your concern at the time. We would love to extend another invitation to win back your patronage.

Was lucky enough to get last-minute reservations at this jewel of a country inn restaurant on New Year's Eve. The staff was both festive and professional, and the food and presentation were both trip-worthy.

My husband and children have been going to The Parker House INN for over ten years. We have a condo on the hill which we stay several times a year. The staff is incredible. You get to know them and their families. Alex (owner/chef) and Adam (owner/bartender, etc) are a great couple with wonderful children. The food is amazing. One of my Favs is the mussels in an awesome broth, but there are so many fantastic meals. When it is warm, you can dine on the deck, and hopefully catch the hot air balloons take off!
