We stayed at this hotel just for one night. It is located outside Burlington and it takes about 10 minutes with the car to go to Burlinton. The suite was spacious - it had a really big livingroom with a TV, a kitchenette with a dinig table, a sleeping room with a king bed and another TV and a really big bathroom. The bed was very comfy, the room was spotless clean. WiFi was free. The breakfast was lovely and we had all we wished for. The lady at the reception told us that we could use the swimming pool of the Holiday Inn which is down the road but we did not do this. We would definitly stay here again.

Travelled to Burlington with my daughter for an overnight college visit. I really wanted to stay in the downtown area but hotels downtown were at least $100 more than this one. It's about 4 miles from downtown, but an easy drive, and parking was no problem on Sunday evening and Monday morning near Church Street Market.
I was surprised at how big our room was. It would be a perfect size for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable, lots of windows, large sitting area with couch and chairs, multiple closets and spacious bathroom with 2nd separate sink. Plenty of towels. Coffee maker, refrigerator, table and chairs to eat or work at. Charging plugs everywhere. The complimentary breakfast was great - everything from waffles to omelets, to 4 types of yogurt - nice not to have to go somewhere else to eat. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons:
Room was a little dated and needs some attention - paper peeling in hotel room and bathroom. Not the best amenities, but fine. Our room was warm and stuffy but we were too tired to call the front desk, so I don't know if it would have been remedied if I had. Location was not the best if you're going there for the lake views, stay in the downtown area for that.

We loved this very clean, spacious king size suite. A little kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, sink and Keurig coffee maker. Centrally located, near UVM. Would recommend this for your next stay in Burlington.

I'll start with the positives: this was the largest set-up I've ever seen. I reserved through Priceline, so only knew there was a king bed and a queen bed -- when we opened the door, the place was huge. There was a kitchen area (microwave, sink, dorm-sized fridge) with table and chairs. The king bed was in the living area, with couch and tv, and there was a bathroom.

The queen bed was upstairs in the loft, with another bathroom, which had a whirlpool tub.

The staff was pleasant, and check-in was easy. The location was convenient to restaurants, and an 8-minute drive to Church St. There was free breakfast in the morning, which appeared rather impressive as far as free breakfast go.

Now, the negatives: The internet was terrible -- practically useless. When we were checking in, another guest was complaining about that, too. The same guest was asking about heat -- stating his father was cold. The person at the desk told him they had not yet turned on the heat, and she would talk to the manager.

The whole place was very, very worn, shabby, and dated. The whirlpool looked like it was from the 80s. The wallpaper throughout was ancient, and everything was jut old and tired. Compared to other hotels in the area, the price was lower, so I know I shouldn't expect much, but man, it was not great.

Speaking of price, I have no idea why hotels are so expensive in Burlington. We stayed at a newer hotel in Manhattan this summer for about $20 more a night than this place.

The room was overall clean, but the place was dusty in places.

Lastly, parking was terrible. There is a ballroom there, and someone had a wedding reception -- the entire party, it seemed, spent the entire night right in front of the main entrance chain smoking. There are not enough parking spots, and we had to park quite far, after driving around for several minutes to find a spot.

If my daughter chooses to go to college in Burlington, we will know to shell out a bit more money next time for a different hotel.

My husband and I agree that we would definitely stay at this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend to others. Spacious suite to spread out and the sink/mirror area off the bedroom is in addition to an adjoining full bathroom. Makes mornings much easier! The staff was top-notch and the included breakfast was quite good! This hotel is close to highways and only a ten minute drive to downtown Burlington. Finally, the bed was so comfortable and the pillows were great!
