You HAVE to come here on a trip to Stowe. Make a reservation and go hungry and thirsty. Our server in the indoor brewery/bar area was amazing (Jeremy). He was attentive and even though he handled the entire area by himself, he killed it. There is something on the menu for everyone and it is extremely affordable. Try the beer, try the mixed drinks, eat the Poutine or gouda soup.

I’m that kind of guy that loves chili. I’d eat it year round, any time of the year. But I’ll tell you this is the best chili I’ve ever ever had. Even better than my own chili I make.
Venison and Sirloin with fresh shaved Vermont cheese ❤️❤️
I’ll make the trip back to Stowe just for this. So glad i found this amazing local mountain spot.

Idletyme is a great apres ski spot with phenomenal beer and menu options! Absolutely worth a stop but make a reservation if you can. We felt safe dining indoors with the Covid restrictions and policy. Highly recommend the beer ski sampler and French onion soup. Shout out to Jason for being an excellent server!
