We really enjoyed our experience at Allium. Loved how creative and inventive the menu was with the follow through of great food. In particular, we enjoyed the tuna appetizer and the halibut and chicken entrees. And then we had this amazing dessert--a gluten free chocolate almond cake that was out of this world. And I'm not even gluten free! All in all, one of the best meals I've had in a long time. We will definitely be going back here. So happy to have this high quality reasonable priced dining option close to home. Hooray Vermont!

While We don’t normally dine at restaurants that serve meals high on presentation, Allium combines very nice presentation with outstanding taste and quality. Our server guided us in our choices of waygu steak and halibut meals, which exploded with flavor!

This restaurant tends to put pickle juice in just about everything. The ordered snails were absolutely horrible and promptly sent back. The onion soup was loaded with crusty bread and minus cheese plus seemed to have a sweet pickle taste. The Caesar salad was fresh but made with the incorrect lettuce. A cheese pistachio grilled sandwich was tasty but think a burger should have been ordered that day. I would not return.
