This review is late but our stay was very good. The room was huge and extremely comfortable. The only complaint was the restaurant downstairs lets out strong smell through out the hallways. Other than that I highly recommended this hotel, it's very gorgeous. The price was really low and I am a happy customer.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher room and if possible a corner room

Had to spend several days here, great location at the marina . The hotel is dated and in real need of a upgrade. The rooms were not very clean, the sheer drapes in my room were badly broken, the shower was over a tub, but there was no stopper for the tub, so no chance of a bath. There were small holes in the bathroom wall where apparently something had been mounted. The entry door was somewhat difficult to open, as you needed to first pull down and then pull up. My daughters room the shower floor was almost black so she had to put a town the shower floor before showering. We also saw a large cockroach run up a wall in the dining room on our first night, and saw another one on the floor by the elevators on the third floor. The staff we met were friendly and helpful, but this place needs help, as in fixing and remodeling.

I have stayed at many Crown Plaza Hotels. This hotel needs upgrades quickly. Room too small. Bathroom tiny. Sink cracked. Poor lighting in bathroom. Tile in shower was horrible. Restaurant was wonderful and food was great.

This place surprised us a little. The building is a little older but still quaint and well decorated. There was live jazz in the lounge. The breakfast was honestly a combination of every Single thing that I like for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and cheese, bacon, sausage, cinnamon rolls, apples with cinnamon and more!

The room was nice although the shower door was broken so it was difficult to open and close.

Nearby there're several eating options including fishing and dinner cruises if you want to book.

This hotel was a pleasant little surprise and we loved our short time there.

The hotel was adequate for one night - very close to the NASA museum and had a lovely view of the marina. There's not that much else nearby but we walked around the 'historic' area which was pretty much deserted (but it was a Monday evening).
We sat outside by the marina for dinner - the service was very good - the food was okay but not great.
The public areas of the hotel were fine and the buffet breakfast included set us up for the next day although the sausages and bacon were not delicious and the french toast was cool and rubbery.
The room was perfect for our needs - just a one night stay. It had 2 double beds and there is a nice pool outside although I didn't see anyone use it. The bathroom was clean but tired, and the furniture was rubbed and worn in places. The bedding was clean but crumpled, and the bed skirts were not ironed so they looked sad.
All in all it was acceptable, but if I return to the area I will stay somewhere else.

Room Tip: Ask for a marina/water view room
