I found this restaurant online and so didn't have any word of mouth ideas about what the restaurant might be like. I went with a friend and we both were floored with the location, the food, and the presentation. Since it was cooler we ate inside the "green house". This is the main indoor dining area. It is both nice enough that you can be well dressed, but also casual enough that sharp casual will do. We spent the next 3 hours enjoying course after course with excellent wine pairings. Each course was well described by the wait staff. They explain the source, the history, and how the food might have been served in the past (indigenous people). The food was wonderful and kept us guessing on the flavors that came out. The wine pairings were also good matches. What a wonderful evening!!! I can't wait to return.
