New room, very clean, staff almost ok, near seven eleven and shopping center.
Air condition not cold , the people from outside can see you inside the room because have mirror at the bed , no parking (have space just only 3-4 cars can parking).

Room Tip: The room have mirror at front of the room. We are not recommend if your want the private room.

I think we got lucky as we were in the first bungalow so had great wifi. The rooms are large with tv and fridge. I'm sure we also had air con! It was nice to hear the elephants at the sanctuary next door. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a pub/ nightlife next door. It's around a five minutes walk to the beach. One downside no safe.

We also travelled from Bangkok by coach and found it a nightmare. Also be aware of the taxi drivers. We got rinse a few times by them. 100 baht should cover most journeys.

The beach is lovely and tranquil. There are a load of good restaurants along the beach and high street. Plenty of shops. Found the wine to be expensive compared to the mainland. But I suppose that logistics.

After travelling around Koh Chang we tried to book back in here but could only get on night. It's cheap and a great location. Would have got 5 stars but for the lack of a safe. You could leave you valuables with reception but until only till 11 o'clock.

Not located by the beach but rather on the other side of the road - a 5-minute walk to Kai Bae Beach. 7-11 is a few doors down and a 24-hour Tesco supermarket and a currency exchange booth is a few minutes down the street. There are many international restaurants around

All rooms have wifi and air-conditioning. The Internet works well most of the time, although at times it can get a bit slow like the rest of Koh Chang. There are 2 rows of rooms near the entrance, one side being the cheaper small rooms and the other side are the almost identical but bigger rooms with an additional small sofa. The garden out back is dotted with duplex bungalows.

We opted for the bigger room which doesn't really have much of a view but is very spacious and cool, with a closet, a small small fridge, a big flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and lots of outlets. If you look closely, you might see dents/scratches on the furniture/walls and other little imperfections - we had some minor problems with the room, but they were fixed promptly. It is by no means luxurious, but it is naturally lit and very comfortable. Our bathroom door's fixed with duct tape and gets stuck without a forceful push, but the shower is nice and hot. It's cleaned every day, with fresh towels and 2 small bottles of drinking water.

Room Tip: The smaller rooms are by the elephant camp and across from the larger rooms. The large rooms on one side face the small rooms but the large rooms on the other side face some beautiful trees. If you can, get a room behind the massage room facing all the greenery. We happened to get the corner room at the end so we can also see into the nice garden where all the bungalows are.
