I stayed here for four nights. My travelling partner had to make an emergency return home, and front staff were very helpful in putting me into a smaller room at less cost on short notice.

Classic Spanish beauty of a hotel, quiet, off of the main square in Granada. Three separate courtyards, two with swimming pools, and one a garden. Clean rooms, comfy bed, good air-conditioning, clean, functional bathroom. Breakfast is good and the kitchen dining area off the pool is pleasant. Restaurant only open for breakfast.

Lots of restaurant choices within a short walk. Area felt very safe, with no issues of walking to the cafes at night. Very pleasant stay.

A slice of heaven! Do you want to feel like a king? Visit this quaint hacienda adjacent to the town square. The pool is refreshing with a view of the sky. The massage therapists will melt away your stress (I recommend a 4-hand treatment with Helen and Maria). The food is delectable and the service at breakfast was remarkable thanks to Jenny and Angie. The front desk staff composed of Daniela, Jose and Luis is phenomenal. Sylvia (massage primadonna) will take good care of you. She will work around your schedule. Skip Costa Rica! Come to Nicaragua which is safer and more beautiful than ever. A few days in this hotel and you will forget all your problems. It’s a close walk to the legendary Calzada Avenue. Don’t forget the Maria Elena pastelería for coffee and pastries (off the beaten path). Díakachimba!

We visited in July, 2019. It was my second time there and this time I stayed with my youngest daughter who had a guide dog. They were extremely accommodating. The location can't be beat! Excellent breakfast, pool, and cool AC rooms! The massages arranged by the hotel were also incredible and extremely reasonable. Don't miss out! Can't say enough about this place, we have numerous places we could stay in Granada, but this tops because of AC, pool, and location!
