A culinary highlight of our holiday. We happened to pass by and were fortunate to get a table for lunch. Many others turned away soon after we arrived as this popular place was packed. The women serving were all super friendly and welcomed us warmly which was a rare experience this week.
Our child enjoyed chicken nuggets & chips which were fit for a king & not at all processed or out of a freezer! Seeing a little one eat everything without being asked was a joy.
The mussels were small, sweet & the best we have ever had anywhere. The hand cut new season potatoes were naturally buttery and perfect with the mussels. Presentation was stylish and unpretentious.
Pudding, wine and service was first class.
Wish we had discovered this amazing restaurant earlier in our holiday as a few dinners here would have made our trip to France more memorable. Port de St Goustan is a small but unique place to explore and this restaurant makes it a destination worth repeating. Merci!
