Every year I write a review that I don’t really want anyone to see! I want to keep this very special hotel to myself! This was our ninth visit and, whilst we’ve always felt it to be almost perfect, it gets better each year! The fact that most of the staff have remained each year shows how good it is and we feel part of a special family, when we are greeted as old friends!
We commented that the high point has always been the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, but this year the restaurant and bar staff were working truly as a team! The new F & B manager, Hans plus Maître d’, Diana and Pool Restaurant manager, Pep, have created an effective team to ensure everything runs smoothly! We thoroughly enjoyed our favourite suite, with double terrace and Jacuzzi! The views are stunning! We always book ‘all inclusive’ - but this is not your average AI! Waiter service; excellent choices and great wines!
For the second year, we also ate at the new fine-dining restaurant, S’Oronella. This is stunning and ably managed by Adria whose passion and knowledge of gastronomy are unsurpassed!
I have to admit, that our September break is for relaxing, so we do absolutely nothing while we’re here! Pula Suites lends itself to that relaxing concept!
Two massages, by the amazing Ambra, ensures we truly rested!
Yes, we’ve already booked for visit number ten, next September and yes, we will feel that we have returned home to our Mallorcan family!
