Had a fantastic week in this really spacious villa with five friends (average age over 25 ;-)). We collected the key from the office in Pineda de mar, no problem and found the villa easily. Finding the front door was more of a problem, it is disguised by the same wooden panelling as the rest of that wall and in the fading evening light we struggled to get in. However once in and up stairs and up more stairs the villa really is lovely. The kids bedrooms have a bit too much kids stuff in them but it's on shelves out of the way. The master bedroom has patio doors and wonderful views. It also has the wardrobes so if you need to hang up your clothes this is where they will have to go. The large lounge/dining/kitchen area is clean modern and well equipped. This leads out to the back garden with patio table, sun loungers and a pool. The photos of the games room with large cinema screen is slightly misleading as the screen is not available for renters to use, the pool table is though if that's your thing. On arrival we had a couple of issues including not enough towels and the pool needing cleaned, however the agents sorted these really quickly and I have to say we got great service from them. The villa is up a fairly steep hill and has lots of steps so you would need to consider this, it took us about 15-20 minutes to walk down to the town and about 25 mins back up. Taxis are reasonable and there were plenty of them available after a night out. My friends and I have stayed in a few villas now and this is definitely one of our favourites, a few more mirrors and spare towels and sheets wouldn't go amiss but overall a lovely house and we had a great holiday.
