My wife and I discovered the Inn at Tabbs Creek while traveling near Williamsburg about a year ago. We had such a wonderful first visit that we went back a second time, then rented the entire Inn back in May, all six rooms, to spend time with our daughter and some of her friends. Greg, Lori, and Lori's brother David are fantastic. Greg is a master chef who got "basic training" at Southern Seasons in Chapel Hill and at the Whole Foods in Durham. He was responsible for planning the opening of Mad Hatter in Durham, too. The first breakfast I had a year ago was really and truly the best breakfast I've ever had - healthy, wholesome, and good!! They prepared a very special dinner for all of us in May - I knew it would be great. On this third visit within a year, we kayaked and canoed, sat around a fire way too far past midnight, and were the first in the pool for the season! By the way, the natural setting at the creek is awe-inspiring - we saw egrets, blue herons, lots of fiddler crabs, and lots of birds. This isn't your creek-in-the-woods type creek, it's actually a small harbor or bay just a mile or two off the Chesapeake Bay.

We had a delightful time at the Inn at Tabb's Creek. The setting, right on the water, is beautiful. The innkeepers were away, so they had substitute innkeepers and they were fabulous--they exceeded all expectations! Often a website looks better than the actual b & b; in this case, it is the opposite. The experience of the Inn at Tabb's Creek goes beyond what a website can convey! Just get there!

Our stay at The Inn at Tabbs Creek was perfect. Greg and Lori have created a very special destination location. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The grounds are simply beautiful and the food was fantastic. There is so much to do on property that you don’t have to leave to have a great vacation. We enjoyed the swimming pool, several canoe trips, sitting around the campfire enjoying a glass of local wine, and grilling our dinner. We were also close enough to visit Washington DC, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. It was our "Great American Vacation." Thank you Greg and Lori.

My fiance and I spent the weekend here in July and had the most amazing time. It super, super exceeded our expectations. Pictures just couldn't do justice to the beauty, serenity, and comfort this B&B offers. The house is equipped with everything you could need: kayaks, bikes, pool, movies, wifi, screened in porch, and the list goes on. The beds were comfortable, no noise pollution of any kinds. We returned renewed by the experience. The hosts were so pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast and cheese/wine was amazing and provided a space to talk with others. The grounds were nicely kept and the sitting by the water just melted all stress away. We highly recommend this place and wish we were closer to make the trip there more often.

My family spent time at the B&B over the weekend of June 29. The property is gorgeous and Lori was great. We were there for a wedding. The rooms are great very updated and as I said before it was a gorgeous property. Loved the pool. The breakfast was out of this world. Lori is such a hard worker and makes everthing perfect. Loved it and it is a great place to go!

Room tip: All the rooms are perfect
