We recently had a wedding rehearsal lunch here after a morning rehearsal, and things could not have been better (outside of the weather). We were set up outside, with large tents over a nice wooded deck area, and they set up some tables on one end with ribs, chicken, pork, beans/potato salad/cornbread/collard greens/mac n cheese, and some banana pudding to round it all out. The ribs were amazing - literally melt in your mouth - and the pulled pork was extremely flavorful. I only tried the chicken later, but that was also great. Meanwhile, the beans and mac n cheese went fast - just delicious. The collard greens didn't get as much love, but they were amazing. A bit of spice and plenty of nice hunks of bacon topped this dish off and kept many coming back for more. I've tried the cornbread here a couple times, custard-filled, and I'm not a huge fan, but the banana pudding was top-notch. Everything stuffed themselves full (~40+ people) and we had plenty of food leftover to take with us. We were shocked that not only did all the leftover food get wrapped up for us to take, but so did a bottle of each of their BBQ sauces (~8?). Lastly, not only were these guys handling our large party, but they were doing their normal business inside as well, and also had another party later in the evening. These guys have it all figured out, the food is amazing, and the staff is superb. We're so thankful for an amazing event and will certainly be back any time we're in the area!
