It's THE lunch place for great, healthy food. Breakfast burrito and I'm set. Go with friends for a nice conversation and guaranteed good food. Now remember, it is a grocery store, so the atmosphere is a bit different, but that's just fine with lunch food that's healthy.

This restaurant is at the back of a health food store and is small and quaint. Their specialty, the Taj Mahal wrap, is excellent. I highly recommend it. I got their Thai Chicken as a salad and the dressing was very good and quite spicy. They're also a certified gluten-free restaurant if that matters to you and they serve breakfast all day, though I didn't try any of their breakfast foods. I had a chai latte that was deliciously spicy. Cute atmosphere and a nice health food store. Prices are reasonable service is pretty good.

My wife and I stopped in here on Good Friday, around 12:30 pm. My wife had a delicious piece of quiche and I had a wonderful roast beef sandwich with a cream cheese/horseradish spread and roasted red pepper on multi-grain bread. The restaurant was deluged by a bunch of noisy toddlers and their inattentive mothers. This greatly took away from our enjoyment of the meal and the attentiveness of the staff. The seating area is pretty small, so going at odd times may be advisable. Anyway, this is a nice little organic grocer with very good food and I would definitely return and recommend to others.

What a breath of fresh air. Real food, quick and delicious for breakfast, lunch, and an early dinner. Fruit and veggie juices, Polyface farm meats, great vegan wraps - and a small grocery store with organic products right there. Great clerks that care about their customers. The owners really care about their store, their products, and their customers. If they don't have what you want, they will try to order it. And it's a quaint redo of an historic downtown building. It's the best!
