I’ve been to many Panera Bread restaurants but this was my first visit here. Ordered my fav: Mediterranean Bowl w/chicken but after a few bites I noticed a big piece of lettuce that had gone completely bad (totally black). I pulled it out and then...did a thorough check of the rest of the salad. Glad I did, since I found 6 more such pieces. Any one of these would have likely sickened me. On a positive note, the chicken slices were tender and the rest of the salad fine. Still, I’m not sure I’ll come back. But if I do, I will NOT be ordering anything with lettuce.More

I have not stepped foot in our local Panera since they did away with their flatbread pizzas 10 years ago. Panera recently brought them back so I went back and ordered a Margherita flatbread pizza. The pizza was well cooked. The cheese was tasty and...well melted. The sauce was excellent. But. NO BASIL! How can you claim a pizza to be a Margherita without fresh basil. Very disappointing. I may wait another 10 years before going back. Poor attention to detail by the cook.More

I got carry out and they forgot my order and when I asked what happened I could tell the employees had a little attitude. When I finally got my order, they gave me the smallest salad and soup. Probably won’t come again

Getting an order for seven (four kids) correct is an accomplishment that seldom happens, and they did not quite make it either! They do have good food! To start, I was disappointed that they were out of ham, for my ham sandwich order - I...have gone to the ham sandwich since they switched to a sliced ham. Settled for a tuna, but they did not get the bread correct. They say tell the manage, but that just delays my lunch and neither was a big deal. One of the kids peanut butter only sandwich came with jelly, so that was corrected on the spot - that was a big deal! Everyone enjoyed the wide choice of beverages. They have a very tempting bakery display! A nice facility that is generally well run. We were there at noon and the crowd was steady, but they kept the line moving.More

It's a Panera, you know what you're getting. Fast service, they actually know how to make a proper sandwich portion.

The soup I wanted was not available as there was not a batch ready made, but when I asked how long of a wait I would have, the girl could not answer me. I had to select something else. We were given a very low...tech way for the server to find us, a number on a stick that you put on the table. Quite quaint. The food was ok, although the soup was very thick, it was hot, and my roll was relatively fresh. The other problem I had was trying to avoid standing on food items on the floor as it did not appear that the floors were swept of food very often. I noticed several people change tables on our row of tables and no one stayed at those tables the whole time we were there. Not sure what the reason was, and I will not surmise anything. Car park is a bit strange also as spots not regular shapes and exit not clear. To enter you have to walk along side parked cars, so not a safe practice in my opinionMore

We were doing errands and wanted to pick up some food fast... but not fast food. It was really cold out so wanted hot soup as part of the meal. Got tomato soup and chicken noodle soup. Lots of fast food soups are watery, salty...and clearly not made with fresh vegetables. These soups were definetly better than that... both tasted like they did not come out of a can. While they may have been prepared in advance they tasted good. Also got in and out quickly even though it was lunch time. Help was friendly and courteous. We go to a number of area Panera’s, Warrenton, Gainesville, Leesburg. All are consistent in quality and taste, reasonable prices and good help. Definetly a not a usual commercial fast food place to grab a quick and healthy meal.More

Panera Bread s one of my favorite places for breakfast. I often go there after I go to Church on weekday mornings. Their breakfast sandwiches are great, their steel cut oatmeal is excellent, and their souflees are delicious. They also have excellent bagels, especially the...cinnamon crusted bagels. I also enjoy going there for lunch. I especially enjoy their soup and salad. They also have free wifi, which I find convenient.More

We stopped for a quick lunch on a recent venture through Virginia enroute to Charlottesville. My wife enjoyed a Harvest Salad along Turkey and Cranberry on flat bread. I enjoyed a Turkey on very tasty wheat bread. Service was quick and friendly. I have visited...other Paneras in Philadelphia but usually just for coffee and a snack. Both of our lunches were good but a bit pricey.More

Stopped off for a bite to eat after a long journey from Dulles airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they called others out to help once a queue formed. Inside it was lovely and clean. There's a calm and peaceful atmosphere inside...too. The food was of a very good quality and everybody enjoyed their meals. We've visited a few Panera Bread's now and always been really pleased.More

Nothing special, just your ordinary Panera. They do have outdoor seating, so that's a plus. The service is average.
