Checked in for Jeff Cup weekend soccer tournament with other families from our team. Checked out immediately! Mold smell, clogged toilet, lights not working, cracks in the bathroom tile and caulking. The “deadbolt” lock was broken. They need to do a major renovation. I can’t believe “Wyndham” allows their name to be used for this place. Shame on Anthony Travel for setting this up as a hotel for the Jefferson Cup Soccer Tournament! The one positive: the front desk manager allowed us to check out immediately and did not charge us for the reservation (I was even willing to leave without renumeration).

Elevators were constantly broken. Hot water issues. Breakfast was not good. Very Spartan variety. At first the staff were not servicing my room so I had to ask. They are friendly but I have been to cheaper hotels with better service and accommodations.

We were housing a large soccer tournament with more than 500+ players and parents who all had to be at the field at the same time. As a result it was very difficult for our hot water system to accommodate this unusually excessive demand. First day water was lukewarm at its hottest. Breakfast was not fully cooked, internet was slow when it worked, bathroom was a mess with paint peeling, ceiling crumbling, trim falling off, staff was unrecognizable as none wore uniforms or anything identifiable with hotel. TV barely worked as most stations froze when trying to watch. Just an absolute mess of a hotel. Kind of service you would expect for half the price
