From the outside you would not even know this place exists. They recently painted a turquoise elephant on the window as an identifier. The hours are slim. The interior decor and ambiance is good. The service feels slow because the chef takes his time and the food is always KILLER :) They make it spicy- I eat jalapenos raw - so -I personally don't go past 3 stars.Awesome Pho, Pad Thai and Curries. Enjoy.

If you a discerning Asian food enthusiast avoid the Pad Thai. I say definitely the curry. Considering there aren't many choices in Bremerton this ranks up there. But compared to other Asian restaurants its just ok.

If you blink, you might miss it as it's in a strip mall on a main road. I was on foot but I couldn't see any parking. Let that not deter the hearty eater, though, as the food is excellent. I had the (fried) vegetable egg rolls (hot and crisp) and the red curry beef.
There server explained the heat system (1-5 and I think 4 means "American Hot" and 5 means "Thai Hot"). I ordered a 3.5 and it was plenty hot enough. The curry tasted great.
Good food, good service and modest prices make this a sure fire hit.

Other Thai restaurants are not very spicy and I need to have a 4 or 5 to get what I need. Not so with Sabaidee. The couple who own and run it are polite, attentive, and helpful with dish and spice level choice.
