This is a great place to meet up with friends. I have always had great service and a good cup of coffee. Lots of fresh pastries to choose from.

This is a nice place to have a good latte and a pastry! Nice atmosphere and polite employees who have pretty good training. The sandwiches are decent and not as bad as the angry sandwich basher said. They sound a bit prudish but I guess their seemingly exaggerated opinion could be true...except when you mention that a warm happy sandwich from a grocery store is good!

We went through the drive thru...very efficient, and excellent service!

Warm, welcoming and very friendly! Ordered a nonfat Madagascar Vanilla latte (flavor was decadent) ---was absolutely delicious. Flavorful, and made perfectly! So happy we stopped!

I love trying local, independent coffee shops...this one is on my list of favorites! Fantastic!

Have been coming to North Cove Coffee since it opened. They still make coffee by hand, no push button machines, and they always try and do the art work in the foam. They also have a good selection on wine and beer if that's what you feel like having. There is always a good selection of pastries and other good food. Service is great and the staff friendly. They also have a drive through and good Wifi.

This is a cute coffee shop to meet friends for coffee or wine. We were hungry so decided to try their sandwiches. When ordering a ham and swiss sandwich, the young waitress told us they were out of fresh ham but they could "chissle some from a piece in the freezer". What?! We should've left then. No, we'll try a turkey and swiss instead; do you have that? Yes, we do. When we asked what white wines they have, the same waitress told us the white wine had been opened 16 days before! I said that's a long time ago; can you open a new bottle? Yes, okay. 10 min later we were served 2 glasses of wine. The place only had 5 other customers drinking coffees. After 35 minutes we asked if our 1 turkey sandwich was ready, then it was brought to the counter, not to the table. It had 1 thin piece of turkey & 1 slice of swiss. Period. Nothing else, so we asked for a little cup of mayonnaise. The 2 young women behind the counter were not busy prepping any food or cleaning, and weren't friendly with any of the customers. Have they never worked in the food industry before? We spent over $23.00 for a bad lunch. Also when we paid with Visa after we initially ordered, the machine asked for the 15% tip amount to be added on! Why? Were we anticipating great service in advance? We entered the 15% and shouldn't have. Was the great service walking it to the counter and not even calling a customer name or number to pick up the meal sitting there? Glad we didn't order 2 sandwiches! You should replace your staff. We absolutely will NEVER return to this place! We should've gone to busy Haggen's across the street--for a thick, warm turkey sandwich made in 6 minutes and handed to us with a smile and a simple thank you...they're cheaper, reliable and the food is 100% better.
