peanut on floor = awesome; rolls with honey butter beyond awesome! steaks, ribs are a given awesome. I have also had the burgers and chicken; and have yet to be disappointed. Jimmy Mac's is a goto for the family.

Most people go here for the steaks. The pulled pork sandwich was dry, not sure why I was served Thai sweet chili sauce for it, instead of bbq sauce. My friend had the chicken tenders which was average. Remember to scoop up the free peanuts at the front door. Lite lunch/dinner menu items run $12, steaks start at $16. Surprised there wasn’t more bbq items.

This place is known for the peanuts on the floor, graze over the menu while chowing peanuts that you are asked to shell on the floor.
The food... they are know for good steaks a few burgers and some seafood. This place does get busy so go early but if not it’s worth the wait just for the rolls and sweet butter they leave you!

The overall restaurant lighting is too dark. In addition, the fluorescent lighting in their fresh meat case makes their steaks look washed out and green. This needs to change as it makes their steaks look unappetizing despite the fact that when it is cooked it is quite tasty ( must be the mold?). Service is usually very good and the prices are about average. The food tastes very good, but every time I see their fresh meat case, It turns me off. Please fix this and I might eat here more often, and turn up the lights.
