This is a great little park if you are looking to get some cardio in the morning. I'd suggest doing the loop a couple of times. I crossed the bridge to the opposite side of the channel and had a four mile round trip walk.

It is more than "Just a Park". It is a natural site covered with trees at a high elevation that overlooks the Rainbow Bridge. A great place for groups or families to enjoy a picnic
or just walk on the trails. One may be underwhelmed because this is a small park,
but, it is beautiful, and will serve you if you take time to put down your cell and Pokemon search and enjoy the natural surroundings. Seems the Millenials just
aren't impressed unless there is "action" and they are entertained. There were no
drunks there when we were there, pretty quiet and almost all to our own selves.

We stopped there looking to do some walking because our brochure said there were many paths there. There were some lovely picnic tables and a short path to the underside of Rainbow bridge. That was about it. Wasn't worth getting the kids out of the car for.

It's nothing special. On the hill in La Conner. The town has formed a parks commission and they are working on building a park along the water but until that happens. This is nothing special and there is nothing compelling to bring me back.

I've been to several events at this park and it has decent facilities and a nice view. The negative side is that it can be a hangout for local drunks. I probably wouldn't recommend it for families or children unless it was a special event.
