This is a fine dining restaurant with a comfy, casual look. At first glance, you may think prices are a bit high for the area but just wait: portion sizes are such that every dish can be shared! We started with the most fabulous clam chowder ever- huge chunks of potatoes and very large clams with pork belly...served with hunks of crusty bread- best I have ever tried. Easily enough for two as a starter. Salads are large as well and beautifully presented. Meat loaf was a huge chunk- perfectly cooked and accompanied with fluffy mashed potatoes and mushrooms and sauce that made you want to lick the plate. However, I had to take more than half of it home. Salmon was melt in your mouth delicious. Chocolate cake for dessert was perfect with crispy slivered almonds on top of the ice cream...I cannot wait to go back and try more! Friendly, prompt service. They also have another restaurant nearby that is open for both lunch and dinner called Yodelin- bone broth soups, power salads, sandwiches and gourmet burgers...so you don’t have to miss out on good food if there at lunchtime!
