Best location and best coffee in Port Townsend. Nice selection of pastries. But it's the coffee you come for.

Very good coffees, a small selection of pastries, water and juices available. Tables create a nice spot to meet and hang out.Velocity is located on the ground floor of the Northwest Maritime Center at Point Hudson, which itself is a noble institution and worth a visit on its own. Coffees are a tad on the expensive side, but are very good. I have not noticed organic cream being available, for that you'll have to go to Better Living Through Coffee in the center of town. Recommended.

Velocity is the kind of serious-minded but friendly coffee establishment -- a perfect place to wile away some pleasant time at the north end of Port Townsend's waterfront. Outside seating, too, for good weather.

Velocity is the best coffee place in Port Townsend. In addition to having a super location and great coffee, they employ Patrick (of Bayfield) Wright, the best barista in town.

A great place for morning coffee and a light snack. They have gluten free and even Paleo options, but beware if you’re celiac or extremely sensitive to gluten, the barista used the same tongs for the gluten free as the croissant, I didn’t mind cuz I got to eat them both, but my partner was a little disappointed.
