We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay with Su, Clare and Cozy Mo. The inn is in a scenic location with views of the Dungeness Spit, the lighthouse and the lights of Victoria at night. The gardens are obviously lovingly tended. The Barn is a calming, tranquil space decorated in subdued tones with lots of space and comfy furniture to lounge. We stayed in the Garden View Room upstairs with a king-size bed and private bath. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The adjoining great room is a fantastic space with soaring ceiling, views for miles and snacks galore.
Su and Clare offered afternoon wine and snacks as well as a delicious breakfast with ingredients from their farm. The granola was especially yummy.
Cozy Mo gave us a tour of the farm and gardens and we met all the girls (chickens).
We just wish we had been able to stay longer. We will definitely visit again if we have the opportunity.
Thanks for your hospitality!

We enjoyed our 2nd visit to the property. We returned because we remembered the great location and the great hospitality when we visited under the old management 5 years ago. We felt that the new renovations to the inn were tasteful and gave it a fresh new feel, making it fee more open and cheerful! We felt at home with Su and Clair, who were very welcoming and caring. We loved their excellent breakfasts which were very different each of the 3 days of our stay. They gave us good ideas of what to see and do in the area. We look forward to returning on our next trip back to Sequim!

Room Tip: The first floor room has the best view of the water.

Everything from a great view of the water (and a few steps to their private beach), gorgeous country French interiors out of Archetectual Digest, and endless bucolic views to gourmet breakfasts, a loft devoted to yoga/contemplation, and Innkeepers sent from heaven (friendly but not intrusive). Clare and Su's life project made me feel like I was a house guest at a grand country estate. My double bed room faced the garden with only sounds of a fountain and the morning rooster! The bath downstairs was beautiful and convenient. Puzzles, snacks, pre-dinner wine: no detail was missing.

We stayed at the Dungeness Barn House Bed and Breakfast for one night before catching the ferry to Vancouver Island. Before we even went to bed that evening, we were already planning our next stay.

Su was a gracious, most helpful hostess (Clare was out of town, but we look forward to meeting her on our next visit). We, along with our senior-aged Pomeranian, felt absolutely welcomed into their home. The home is absolutely spectacular! A converted 1926 (I believe) barn into a house worthy of Better Homes & Gardens. It was obvious that the utmost care and attention to detail goes into every inch of the house and property - from the eclectic, world-traveler decorations to the well-maintained gardens.

The location of the house is incredibly peaceful and serene. It's on a corner lot overlooking the Dungeness Bay and Spit with the Dungeness Lighthouse off in the distance. We watched the cruise ships come and go right outside the huge picture window in the common room upstairs. When daylight faded, the reassuring blink of the lighthouse came into view. There was very little traffic noise as the property is bordered by a gravel road that seems to be used only by local residents.

The morning of our journey to Vancouver Island, I peacefully meditated in the yoga loft while the delicious smells of breakfast being cooked and coffee being brewed wafted upstairs from the kitchen. Awaiting us was a beautiful Avocado Eggs Benedict with fresh veggies straight from the kitchen garden. Su and her helper (sorry, I've forgotten her name, but she was lovely!) chatted easily with us as we ate breakfast, our pup by our side.

And the bonus feature: the property includes the sweetest little deck right out over the water of Dungeness Bay. Access is through a locked gate across the gravel road from the house. It's the perfect place to share a bottle of wine and watch the ships float by.

We very much look forward to our next visit and want to thank Su and Clare for sharing their home with us!

Room Tip: The Garden View Suite is pet friendly.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property for a week. Su and Clare were so accommodating and their property is beautiful. We were in the area to attend our daughters wedding at Eberle Farm. It was in perfect proximity and is a great place for families to stay who may be in the area for the same reason. For longer stays, I would recommend the upstairs Garden Suite as it is adjacent to the beautiful great room with amazing water views of the Dungeness spit. The Dungeness View Suite is equally beautiful, so you really could not go wrong with either choice. The breakfast was nothing short of amazing. Every day, breakfast was a new adventure in fantastic cuisine from the imaginative juices to water infused with interesting flavors, to the main course; perfect! Last but not least, when you walk in, you notice right away how beautifully everything is decorated and maintained. So clean and thoughtfully put together. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and how lovely the owners are!

Room Tip: The two suites are best for couples with the single rooms great for single travelors or children
