Thought we would try this based on the good reviews and the fact we wanted a selection of beers. They have over 24 beers on tap, many of the them local. When we walked in it wasn't very clear to us that we had to seat ourselves and we kind of wandered around trying to find a hostess stand before we finally tracked someone down and they told us to just find a spot. We had our 22 month old with us and they immediately asked if we needed a booster seat. The waiter was very attentive even though he was waiting on a very large party of people right next to us. We started with the fried pickles...yum! I had the baby back ribs. They were a little dry but they serve the sauce on the side so with the sauce they were yummy. My husband had the ruben and said it was really good. They also have a good kids menu. We had the bread pudding for dessert and it was soooo good! Definitely recommend!

The service was prompt and friendly even on a Friday night. Naturally there was a tv showing sports (not our thing) but we enjoyed some flavorful fish tacos, after a long day simple was nice.

We are not gourmet foodies. We like the honesty of the pulled pork sandwich with fries, specifically. Delightful. But the beer draw us in. Good variety.

After a day of driving, we were looking for a casual, reasonably priced dining experience where we could watch the debate within walking distance of our hotel. Post Street Ale House checked all three of those boxes, plus the food and cocktails were good. The servers were attentive but not annoyingly so. We ordered fish tacos and a patty melt with fries, and we were pleased with our meals. If we pass through Spokane again, we'll be eating at the Post Street Ale House.
