Visited this cafe after reviewing trip advisor reviews while driving to Deception Pass. Pretty out of the way from the exit (about 7.4 miles), but a lovely drive. Cafe is located on the corner of the city center, which is literally 2 blocks of restaurants and little knick knack shops. When you walk in, it pretty much looks like a diner with counter seating, but once you are getting lead to be seated, you are lead through a dining room, with yet another room of tables and chairs. Much bigger than it looks! Ordered the garden veggie omelet with hash browns. Portion was huge! The omelet was definitely more than just 3 eggs! Hash browns were crispy and non greasy! My niece ordered the biscuit and gravy, which she said was amazingly good! We were both pleasantly surprised by the good food and large portions for a fair price. We thought the place might be a little conservative, and turns out it is. There is a prayer left on the table the restaurant encourages you to take with you, which is something I have never seen in a resta before. Regardless, the server was attentive and friendly, food came out fresh and fast, and food was delicious. Definitely recommend if looking for a good meal or a place where breakfast is served all day...every day, and in the area.
